Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using StageReader (the "Service", "App") operated by Ahmad Mahrous ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using StageReader, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use StageReader. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

• By signing up, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our software. This license does not grant you ownership of the software or any rights beyond its intended use.
• We reserve the right to revoke your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or reason, by deleting or disabling your account.
• No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device.
• You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of the Service

• You may use StageReader only for its intended purpose: to display PDF files (and any other functions included). Any other use of the Service is strictly prohibited.
• The Service is strictly for personal use. To use StageReader for your organization or for commercial purposes, you must purchase a license by contacting us at me@ahmad-mahrous.com.
• You agree not to copy, fork, modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of any part of the Service.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with these Terms.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, features, and functionality of StageReader (excluding user-uploaded files) are the exclusive property of Ahmad Mahrous and its licensors.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software.

6. User Content

• You retain ownership of any files or content you upload to StageReader.
• By uploading content, you grant us the right to store and process your files as necessary to provide the Service.
• We do not claim ownership of your scripts or files and do not share them with third parties except as required to provide the Service (e.g., cloud storage providers).

7. Third-Party Services

• StageReader integrates with third-party services such as Google Drive and Firebase. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
• We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.
• No data is stored on our servers. Any data stored on third-party servers (e.g., Google) is beyond our control and responsibility.

8. Termination

• We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account and files at any time from your account settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service, or the information, content, or materials included therein.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Ahmad Mahrous or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if the issue is within our control.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ahmad Mahrous and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms, even if the issue is within our control.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
